Custom & Made-to-Measure

All custom and made-to-measure items are FINAL SALE.

Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom orders.
Cancellations: If an order is cancelled once work has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Measurements Responsibility:
  • In-person fittings: We take full responsibility for measurement accuracy
  • Remote orders: Responsibility rests with the client when you provide your own measurements

We guide you through the measurement process via video to help ensure precision, but cannot guarantee fit if provided measurements are incorrect.

Post-delivery adjustments: Minor adjustments (resize, reblock, dressing tweaks) may be offered at the maker's discretion. Additional fees and return shipping costs may apply.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom / made-to-measure items.

Hats & Leather Goods

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (hat box, dust bag, inserts)
  • Hats must show no signs of wear (no makeup, hair product, sweat, steam/water exposure, brim creases, pet hair, odours)
Condition Review: Items returned without prior approval, outside the window, or not meeting the above standards will be refused and returned to you.

Return Shipping & Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you prefer, we can issue a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Non-refundable Costs: Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are not refundable. (In some jurisdictions you may reclaim duties/taxes directly from your customs authority.)
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Final sale. No returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Email info@lecisele.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions and (if requested) a prepaid return label for deduction.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to request one, please email us at info@lecisele.com with your order number and the item/size you'd like instead.

We'll confirm availability and let you know the next steps.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.

For shipping damage: Keep all packaging and provide photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item.

All services are FINAL SALE once performed.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Reblocking
  • Cleaning
  • Engraving
  • Alterations
  • All other services

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank/credit card processing times may vary).

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact info@lecisele.com.
