Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase, as shown in your confirmation email.

Posted prices exclude taxes, duties, customs, shipping, and handling, unless stated otherwise.

Promotions may be subject to separate terms. If promotion terms conflict with these Terms, promotion terms apply.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all charges, including shipping, duties, and applicable taxes.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. We will provide tracking information as proof of shipment.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

All hats, leather goods, designs, text, graphics, images, logos, and other content on our Services are owned by Leciselé or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

All Leciselé hats are handmade and unique. Any reproduction or imitation of our designs, branding, or imagery without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Optional Tools: We may provide access to third-party tools, which are offered "as is" without warranties or liability. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those providers.
